The Oakville Soccer Club is excited to present the spring session of Adult Soccer Fit!
This twelve week, high intensity training program focuses on fitness, soccer conditioning, strength and mobility and is ideal for players looking to prepare for the upcoming season!
Each hour long session will include:
- Dynamic movement warm-ups that can be used before games
- Conditioning soccer drills
- Bodyweight strength training
- Mobility exercises to help prevent soccer injuries
Soccer Fit is open to both male and female participants. Soccer experience not necessary - come for the fitness aspect and learn a few soccer tricks along the way!

Laura is a soccer enthusiast that played with OSC in her youth, played on the varsity soccer team at Carleton University and now plays in OSC's Adult League. After working as a personal trainer for GoodLife Fitness for 6 years, Laura decided to branch out and now owns and operates her own personal training business. Laura is consistently striving to continue her education in fitness and takes several courses a year. Fitness and well-being are a passion for Laura, and she looks forward to helping individuals work on their endurance, conditioning, strength and movement through the Soccer Fit program
How to register:
Registrants who are new to the Oakville Soccer Club must visit the Pine Glen Soccer Centre (1520 Pine Glen Road, Oakville) to register in person and provide proof of age.
Returning registrants (anyone who has previously participated in OSC programming) can register online by clicking here.
The refund deadline for Soccer Fit is March 14, 2018. Refunds requested prior to that date are subject to a $35.00 administration fee.
