The coach of the 1995 age group in 2011, Ian brings considerable qualifications to OSC.  With more than a decade of coaching experience behind him, he also serves as an Assistant District Coach for the Peel Halton Region. McLoughlin holds a UEFA B Part 1 Certification, NSCAA Advanced National Certification, OSA Provincial B License and an OSA Goalkeeping Diploma.
