Carbajal joined OSC with 20 years of coaching and coach development experience in Canada and internationally. A former goalkeeper from Uruguay, he holds UEFA A and USSF A coaching licenses. Carbajal has held head coaching positions with Milltown FC, Serbia White Eagles, North York Astros,  AC Milan Soccer Academy in Canada as well as Faenza Calcio in Italy. Carbajal has served as an assistant coach and goalkeeper coach with the Canadian Women’s National Team,  as well as the Men’s U18 and U20 squads. Most recently he helped coach the Men’s U23 team during Olympic Qualifiers.
