Jennifer Madill, President - Part of OSC since 2003, Jennifer served as a convenor for several years, applying her previous coaching experiences in the house league.  Since joining the Board in 2009, she chaired the Strategic Planning Committee in 2010 and currently chairs the Nominations Committee. She currently sits on the Governance and Scholarships Committees.  Jennifer has two daughters who represent Oakville at the rep level, and she has played in the OSC adult house league since 2008. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience working with clients and stakeholders in the private, public and non-profit sectors and is currently with the RBC’s Wealth Management Division, where she is a key member of a highly successful Wealth Management team.  She holds a BA from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the University of Ottawa, and an M.A. (Public Admin) from Carleton University.
Vince D’Amico, Vice President An OSC House League Boys and Girls coach since 2005, Vince also plays in the adult house league. Vince is a past Chair of the Technical Committee and a current member of the Scholarships Selection Panel. He was also a member of the Selection Committee for the recruitment of the club’s Technical Director in 2010. He is a veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy and has 24 years of corporate experience in finance, operations, marketing and sales. Vince holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Andy Potter, Treasurer - Andy has completed four years on the OSC Board of Directors and became Treasurer of the Club in 2010. He has children participating in the Red House League and Advanced Development Program. Andy is a Chartered Accountant and is an Associate Partner at Deloitte where he leads Deloitte’s strategy and operations consulting services to the Government of Ontario. He has significant expertise in all aspects of financial management, organizational effectiveness and performance improvement and focuses across numerous government sectors including Education, Justice and the Environment. Andy holds a BA in Industrial Economics and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Laura Niro, Secretary - For almost a decade, Laura has been involved in OSC as a team manager, coach, House League player and Board member. She has worked on the club’s recent equipment RFP process, 2011 by-law review, 2010 strategic plan development, realignment of the club's mission, vision and values statement, and club website redevelopment. Currently the Director of Marketing for Campbell Company of Canada, she has experience in strategic planning, innovation, advertising and digital media in the food and financial services sectors. Laura is a Certified Agency Management Practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
Satinder Bal, Director-At-Large A Board member for four years and the Club Secretary for the past three, Satinder is a former House League coach and sits on the Discipline Committee. He holds an OSA Level III coaching certification. Satinder is an IT consultant by profession and is a Principal at Data2Intelligence Inc. He holds a BSc(Hons) in computer science and an MSc Business information systems from the United Kingdom.
al daddese Al D’Addese, Director-At-Large – Al joined the Board in 2011 after being involved with OSC for seven years in a variety of roles including House League coach, Rep coach, Rep manager and a member of the OSC External Advisory and 2011 Scholarship committees. He holds both a Bachelor and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Al has extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing, sales and human resource management.
Joe Coltson, Director-At-Large – Joe has coached with OSC at the House League level since 2006 and has played with the Club for the past three years, joining the Board of Directors in 2011. Previously a police officer, Joe has served as a professor at Sheridan College and as Vice President at KPMG LLP. He is currently the President of Harvester Forensics Ltd. and holds a Masters Degree from the University of Guelph in Leadership Management.
Ian Daley, Director-At-Large – Ian has been involved with the Club since 2009 when his children started playing OSC soccer and joined the Board of Directors in 2011. Ian is a litigation lawyer and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. In partnership with a law school classmate, Ian co-founded the Daley and Anderson Achievement Awards, presented annually to graduate students who excel academically or athletically at Shoreham Public School in the Toronto area.
Claude Gauthier, Director-At-Large – Claude joined the Board in 2011 after coaching with OSC since 2005. Coming from a true soccer family, all of his children have played and Claude himself played for 20 years. He holds an Electronic Engineering Technology Co-Op Diploma from Algonquin College and has over 25 years of IT Industry experience with 13 of those in Remote Support and Field Support Management. In 2011 Claude was named the House League Coach of the year for girls U16-U18.
Italo Guerrieri, Director-At-Large – Italo has been involved as a player and coach with the Oakville Soccer Club since 1999 and a member of the Board since 2010.  He holds a Provincial Pre-B coaching license and is currently working towards his Ontario Provincial B License.  Italo is General Manager at SpiderTech Inc. and holds an Honours Business Degree from York University and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, specializing in Strategic Management and Operational Efficiencies, including Business Process Reengineering.
Michele Jovanovich, Director-At-Large – Michele joined the Board in 2010. As a former OSC Rep player, Michele won five Ontario Cup Championships and a U-18 National Championship. She coached at OSC at the house league, rep and developmental levels. Michele played soccer for the Guelph Gryphons where she was a four- time OWIAA All Star and two-time All Canadian. For her efforts she was elected to the University of Guelph Athletic Hall of Fame. Currently working in the rehabilitation management field, Michele holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics from the Guelph and a Nursing Diploma from Mohawk College.
Chris Wight, Director-At-Large- For more than three decades, Chris has participated in OSC at many levels. Originally a House league and Rep player, he continues to play adult indoor pickup soccer. As a coach, he worked with various age groups in House league and is currently coaching one of the girls U12 Rep teams. Elected to the Board in 2010, Chris brings experience as VP Operations from the manufacturing and power generation industry. He holds a college diploma in Industrial Electrical Technology and various industrial controls certificates.
