As fall quickly approaches, there is an opportunity for us to explain what programs we run here at Oakville Soccer Club and why we have implemented some technical changes to these programs.
Technical Director Jason deVos has been working diligently to create and implement a new Technical Plan that speaks to our main philosophy and goal of ‘Advancing Every Player’ who participates in our programs.
As coaches, you play an integral part in the implementation and overall success of our programs. As we move forward with the Technical Plan, it is imperative that our coaches understand and support the forthcoming technical changes in order to truly achieve the ambitious goals outlined in the plan.
