Congratulations to the Oakville Soccer Club senior men’s Rep team for finishing at the top of the Peel Halton Soccer League First Division.
The team had a very successful season with 12 wins, one draw and two losses. The team also had the best goal differential in the league with 60 goals for and only 13 against. They will now move up to the Premier Division in the PHSL for next season.
This is the first year that the team has played together after being formed by Head Coach and OSC Coach Development Manager Rafael Carbajal. The players range in age from 15 to 20 and the majority of the roster will return for next year.
During the off-season, Carbajal hopes to take a few of his players to his native Uruguay to try out for professional teams.
