The Oakville Soccer Club’s Advanced Development, Rep Development and Senior Soccer Programs are the Club’s competitive soccer programs for top talent between the ages of U8 to U21.

Under the guidelines of the Club’s Technical Directors, Technical Development Plan and the Canadian Soccer Association’s Long Term Player Development Framework, these programs are comprised of all-inclusive skills training and competitive play. By offering Individual Development Programs in conjunction with ADP/RDP programming, OSC strives to create the opportunity for all players to develop their skills in-house.

The Oakville Soccer Club is focused on and dedicated to the overall development of every player in the program.
