The Oakville Soccer Club is proud to offer a large adult Fall soccer program that includes leagues and divisions for players of all skill levels! From recreational to competitive levels of play, OSC's Adult Fall Indoor program welcomes team registrations across all divisions and individual registrations in the following leagues: Coed, Women’s Open Age, Women’s 35+, Men’s Open Age & Men’s 35+.

Season Format

All games are 6v6 on a quarter sized pitch, with two 25-minute halves.  

Rosters for all adult league programs will be capped at 14 players per team, with an option to go over the cap for $75.00 per player.

The 2022 Fall Indoor season will consist of 12 scheduled games, including playoff games.

The season will begin the week of September 25th and will run until December 19th

Registration Information:

All registrations for teams and players must be completed online and all waivers must be accepted online. No exceptions will be made. Rostered players will not appear on the game sheet until their waivers are completed online. Please note: Individual registration is for players not affiliated with a team. Individual teams are put in the lowest division to accommodate for everyone’s skill level and are subject to availability.  Instructions for completing waivers can be found below.

A minimum deposit of $500.00 is due at time of registration. 
No spots will be held without payment of the minimum deposit or the full registration fee.

Captains must pay the deposit and will have until end of day, September 2nd to pay the full team balance.  Payments will not be split to players; all payments must be made directly by team captain. 

 

 

 Team Registration Instructions

Players who are new to OSC (have not previously registered in an OSC program) must create a PowerUp account through our website and will be asked to provide proof of age though email. Once that has been completed the captain can add them to the roster through the "manage team" option.

Individual Players (those registering independently and not affiliated with a team) can register online at any time. Individual players are classified as those who wish to sign up for the fall season but are not affiliated with any team. Note: Individual registration is for players not affiliated with a team. Jerseys

Teams must provide their own team jerseys. All team jerseys must be the same colour and they must all have a number on the back.

Refunds

Refund deadlines for both Teams and Individual Players is September 2nd. Refunds will be subject to a $35.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after September 2nd for team registrations. Individual Players will receive their refund directly from OSC if eligible. Players that registered as a part of a team must make arrangements with their team captain to receive their refund.  To view OSC's Refund Policy, please click here

IMPORTANT LEAGUE INFORMATION

  • The 2022 Adult Fall Indoor season registration opens August 5th and the season will begin September 25th, 2022.
  • Days of Play are subject to change without notice from OSC.
  • Deposit of $500.00 is due upon registration. No spots will be held without payment of the deposit. Team deposit is non-refundable.
  • Division placement is subject to availability and is ultimately decided by OSC.
  • The Adult Fall Indoor season registration closes on September 2nd, 2022. Full team payment is due by this date.  Age groups may fill prior to deadline with no guarantees of registration if a team is placed on a waitlist.
  • Teams will not be registered or placed in a league until their minimum team deposit and full team fee has been paid.
  • All players must complete OSC’s online waiver in order to participate in the season.
  • Schedules will be posted up to a week before the season begins; teams are not permitted to make game time or location requests
  • Rescheduled games will be played throughout the week/weekend and will not be on the league's regular days of play. In extreme cases, the league reserves the right to not reschedule games and consider them a 0-0 tie.
  • Refunds will be subject to a $35.00 admin fee. No refunds will be issued after September 2nd, 2022. Players registered as individuals may be issued refunds by the Club. Players registered as part of a team registration will have to arrange for refund through their team captain.
  • All individual registrations are subject to availability. If there is no availability registrations will be refunded without an admin charge.
  • Rosters for all adult league programs will be capped at 14 players per team. Additional players may be added past the cap at a fee of $75.00 per player.
