The Oakville Soccer Club's Boys 2003 OPDL team is excited to participate in the Inaugural BMO Champions Cup Tournament hosted by Toronto FC.
The BMO Champions Cup Tournament has been created to provide elite teams with a post-season competition and the opportunity to showcase themselves for Canada Soccer. After a fantastic season in the Ontario Player Development League and a runner-up finish in the OPDL Charity Shield, OSC's Boys 2003 team was pleased to receive a personal invitation to the Tournament from Bill Manning, Toronto FC President.
For their first match, OSC faces off against Ginga soccer on Thursday, November 16th at 3:30, and will play again on Saturday (time TBD). Spectators are welcome to attend and cheer on the team at Kia Training Ground in Downsview.
Update: OSC defeated Ginga 5-0 in their fist game, and will take the field against Toronto FC Academy on Saturday, November 18 @ 5:30 p.m. The game will take place at Kia Training Ground - spectators are welcomed and encouraged!
