OSC is proud to present the Mommies In Motion Fitness Program!
Carve out an hour for yourself each week to sweat at a fun, high-energy fitness class!
Ideal for moms, caregivers, friends (being a mom is not a prerequisite!) and even dads, this class will consist of bodyweight exercises and will focus on conditioning, endurance and mobility.
All fitness levels are welcome - moderations will be provided for those just getting started, and for those looking for a real challenge! This program will take place on the indoor turf field at the Pine Glen Soccer Centre, but is not a soccer program. This fitness program is designed to make you work hard and feel great about yourself.
Stollers are welcome on field, and can even be incorporated into your fitness regime. In order for you to get the most out of your experience we recommend that children be in strollers/carseats during the program. You are welcome to bring small children, but OSC will not be providing child-minding services for this session of Mommies In Motion.
Day/Time: Thursday Mornings - 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Instructor: Laura Di Vito. Laura is a Personal Trainer, Fascial Stretch Therapist and clinic owner. With 10 years experience in the fitness industry she is confident she can help you achieve your fitness goals!
