Message to OSC Coaches Email Switch

We at Oakville Soccer are making a transition away from our current email provider to Microsoft 365. This will provide a better user experience for our coaches and staff. This change will take place on Thursday December 15 2022 at 11:00 PM.

We will be sending over a new password and login instructions which will be used to login to the new Microsoft 365 email. This will be sent over the next two weeks.

Your current emails will be deleted January 31 2023 at 11:00pm and in order to save those emails you must backup your email using an application like Outlook or Mac Mail.

To view your current emails please login to www.oakvillesoccer.ca/webmail

Please note that we will NOT be copying anyone’s email over to the new 0365 email service.

To backup and keep your current email please add your email account to Outlook or Mac Mail and then run a full archive of all your email to your local computer. If this task is not completed by January 31 2023 at 11:00 PM then all emails will be lost.
