OSC’s House League Footwork 1v1 Program is designed to teach players ages U10-U12 (2010-2008) how to take on and defeat defenders. This program offers high tempo, intensive technical training designed to help players master the ball and unbalance the opposition with change of rhythm and direction, deceptive body movement and clever cuts and deft feints.

The Footwork 1v1 Program will focus on:

Ball Mastery – The ability to utilize all surfaces of the foot, develop technical speed, fast footwork and quick movements in order to better manipulate the ball.
Feints and Fakes – 1v1 moves to unbalance and break down defenders using body coordination and body movement giving players an extra edge over defenders.
Cuts and Turns – The ability to change the point of attack or transition from playing back to goal to playing forward.
Dynamic Game Movement - going to goal and beating goalkeepers from 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 situations.

Location: Forest Trail Elementary School (1406 Pine Glen Rd, Oakville, ON L6M 4B9)

Program Dates: Tuesday Evenings - February 18, 2020 - April 28, 2020
                            Exclusion Dates - March 17, 2020

Program Times: U10 - U12:  6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.           

Program Cost: $200.00/participant

Refunds: Refunds requested on or before Wednesday, February 5, 2020 will be subject to a $35.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after Wednesday, February 5.
