U7 FUNdamentals Winter Indoor Soccer
OSC's U6 FUNdamentals Winter Indoor Soccer program provides the youngest players within the sport with the tools they need to start their sports careers! During the season, players will enjoy one weekly session where they will develop their physical literacy skills and become comfortable on the soccer field. Each player will be placed on a team that will be lead by a volunteer coach. OSC's volunteer coaches are provided with abundant training resources and education to help them be effective in their roles.

U7 FUNdamentals Weekly Sessions
Each weekly session will be run by an OSC Facilitator who will be assisted by the volunteer coaches. OSC Facilitators will lead fun and interactive games that will help enhance player's physical literacy skills and continue to learn about the sport of soccer, all while having FUN!

Program Modification (if required):

If in the event government mandates do not allow for game play at any point throughout the season, sessions to be adjusted to ensure distance is maintained and all mandates are met. Don’t worry - there will be lots of fun to be had for all participants!

A focus will be put on play-based physical literacy through fun activities both with and without a soccer ball. While players may have to remain distanced, playing with teammates and friends is a key component of the program so interactive drills while remaining safely apart will be implemented.
