Join the Oakville Soccer Club’s Adult League Program! With year-round indoor and outdoor options, our program is perfect for adults aged 18 and above. We offer dedicated leagues for Men’s Open Age, Women’s Open Age, Women’s 35+, Men’s 35+, and Co-Ed teams.
Convenience is key, and our indoor games are held at the Pine Glen Soccer Centre, a state-of-the-are indoor facility in Oakville. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, our league provides a fun environment for adults in Oakville and the surrounding area.

All team and player registrations are subject to league approval based on previous disciplinary and behavioural history.

Important Information
Please note that all players are subject to the Codes of Conduct and rules of the Oakville Soccer Club, Town of Oakville and all governing bodies. Any breach of conduct while on OSC/Town property and before/during/after a game or in relation to an OSC activity will result in disciplinary action that could result in a temporary or permanent removal from the league without refund. OSC has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, inappropriate language, violence, or threatening behaviour, and reserves the right to remove any individual from the league at any time.
OSC’s Adult League is a highly regulated program, with sanctioned referees, strictly enforced discipline procedures, and VEO cameras that capture all the action. All games are recorded for safety purposes. Any behaviour concerns expressed by players, match officials and/or staff will be reviewed and may result in team and/or player removal from the league. OSC will make the recordings of games without incident available to teams. The Oakville Soccer Club reserves the right not to share game recordings if deemed necessary.
Game Format
- 6v6 on a quarter-sized pitch
- Two 25-minute halves
Rosters
- Adult league Roster: Capped at 14 players per team.
- Option to exceed the cap for $80.00 per player.
- Teams will have up to 3rd week of games to add players to rosters.
Season
- 10-game Regular Season Games
- 2-Playoff/Consolation Games
- Please note that the Days of Play (game day/time) are subject to change without notice from OSC.
