- 11v11 on a full-sized pitch
- Two 45-minute halves

- Adult league programs: Capped at 21 players per team
- Option to exceed the cap for $75.00 per player
Season
- 12 game season
- Season begins the week of May 23rd
- Season may run until the end of September
