All matches are played at the Pine Glen Soccer Centre – a modern, state-of-the-art facility right here in Oakville, offering the perfect environment for indoor play.

Registration Information
- A non-refundable team deposit of $500 is required at the time of registration to secure your team’s spot.
- Team registration deadline: May 1st, 2026.
- Full registration fees due: May 10th, 2026.
- Registration products will be labelled by division. Please ensure your team registers in the division that best matches your skill level and competitive standard.
- No division changes will be permitted for any team once the season begins.

Player must be 18 at time of registration for open age and 30, 40, 50 at the time of registration for their respective leagues.
Important Information
Game Format
- 6v6 on a quarter-sized pitch
- Two 25-minute halves
Rosters
- Roster Size
- Each team is capped at 14 players.
- Teams may exceed this limit for a fee of $80 + HST per additional player.
- Player Registration Deadline
- All players must be registered at the end of the second week of the season – June 14th, 2026.
- No registrations will be accepted after this date unless approved by management.
- Injury Replacements
- Proof of injury via doctor’s note must be submitted to the Adult League Coordinator.
- Once verified, the injured player will be removed from the roster, and a replacement player may be added.
Season
- Season begins the week of June 1st.
- Season length of 12 games (including playoffs/consolation games)
- Please note that the Days of Play (game day/time) are subject to change without notice from OSC.
- No games the week of June 15th (World Cup Games) and August 3rd (Civic Holiday).
- Season ends the week of August 24th
Creation of Divisions
- Divisions will only be created within an age group if there are 12 or more teams registered in that category.
- This ensures a diverse and enjoyable experience for all participants by allowing for a greater variety of weekly matchups and a more balanced level of competition across the league

Playoff Format
- 6-Team Divisions (After Regular Season)
- Top 4 teams advance to playoffs
- Bottom 2 teams play in consolation games
- 8-Team Divisions (After Regular Season):
- Group A: 1st – 4th placed teams
- Group B: 5th – 8th placed teams
- 10 Team Divisions (After Regular Season):
- Top 8 teams spilt into Group A (1st – 4th) and Group B (5th – 8th)
- 9th and 10th placed teams play in consolation games program information
Team Kits
- Teams must have their own kits with visible individual numbers that match the official game sheets throughout the season (mandatory for all teams).
- Teams must wear their designated team colour that they declared at time of registration.
- In case of colour changes, Captains must send a notice to the Adult League Coordinator before the season begins.
- In the circumstance of similar matchday jerseys for teams, pinnies will be provided by OSC.
Game Sheets
- Provided by OSC; captains pick them up at the front desk before each game.
- Headshot or passport-like photos are required for every participant to play in our leagues. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Individual Registrations
- Individual registrants will be placed on a waitlist; added to teams only if roster allows (no guarantee).
- Please note – as an individual registrant, contact information may be shared with captains seeking players.
- OSC will notify all individual registrants of status by May 16th, 2026.
Game Conduct
- OSC enforces a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, fighting, abusive language, or other inappropriate conduct.
- OSC staff reserves the right to stop or cancel games if any of these situations occur.
- No points, reschedules or refunds in these cases.
Reschedules
- Games will be scheduled at the league’s discretion and may not be on the regular day of play.
- In extreme cases, the league reserves the right not to reschedule games and consider them a tie (0-0).
- No refunds will be issued for reschedules
Facility Entry: Photo ID is required from all participants by facility staff before entering the field throughout the season. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Additional Important imformation
All OSC Adult League players and teams are subject to OSC’s Zero Tolerance Policy for harassment, inappropriate/insulting language, violence or threats of violence and/or threatening behavior in relation to any Adult League Game. This applies to conduct on the field, on the sidelines, and in the vicinity before and after the game. All OSC, Town of Oakville, PHSA, Ontario Soccer and Canada Soccer Codes of Conduct are in effect at all times. Any reports of misconduct will be reviewed and could result in immediate removal for players and/or the team as a whole without refund. The Club reserves the right to remove any individual and/or team from the League at any time. It is OSC’s expectations that the participants in the Adult League conduct themselves with maturity, show respect to players, officials and spectators and govern the behaviour of their teammates accordingly.
OSC’s Adult League is a highly regulated program, with sanctioned referees and strictly enforced discipline procedures. Games may be recorded by VEO software and reviewed by OSC staff. Any behaviour concerns expressed by players, match officials and/or staff will be reviewed if footage is available and may result in team and/or player removal from the league. OSC may share, when possible, footage of games that occurred without incident, however this is not guaranteed. The Oakville Soccer Club reserves the right not to share game recordings if deemed necessary.
