OSC's Active Start Program provides the youngest players in soccer with the opportunity to develop their physical literacy skills such as running, jumping, kicking and changing direction. These skills are developed through fun, play-based activities lead by an Active Start Learning Facilitator along with the volunteer coach of the team. The aim of the Active Start program is to allow players to become comfortable with the sport of soccer in a setting that is built around fun and positive reinforcement.

The Oakville Soccer Club is inviting applications for the role of Li'l Oscars Facilitator.
Li’l Oscar Facilitators will lead a fun and engaging 45-minute session each week that will help participants develop fundamental movement and social skills. This program runs Thursday evenings at 5:00p.m. & 6:00p.m. and Saturday mornings at 8:00a.m. & 9:00a.m. outdoor at the Pine Glen Soccer Centre.

SDP Staff Coach (Summer)
The Oakville Soccer Club is inviting applications for the role of SDP Staff Coach.
OSC's Skill Development Program allows players at all ages and stages the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills across the four corners of the Long-Term Player Development Model. All sessions are created to develop the individual in various technical and tactical skill sets that are optimal to the players point of development. Alongside the tactical and technical attention, coaches will also be required to consider the psychological, social and Physical facets of the game, to deliver a well-rounded program for all players.

Field Ambassador & U8/U9 Coach Mentor (Summer)
OSC's Field Ambassador’s role involves transporting and setting up field equipment required for U8/U9 house league programs. Upon completion of the fields being setup, they must monitor the equipment to ensure it is not being damaged and act as an OSC ambassador by answering any questions that’s parents or coaches may have. The Field Ambassador is responsible for the storage of all equipment required throughout the entire season. The Coach Mentor role is responsible for supporting and mentoring Volunteer House League Coaches in these age groups. Under the guidance of the Technical Department, all Coach Mentors will provide feedback, direction and assistance to ensure volunteer coaches are successful in their role.

PGSC Facility Staff
The Oakville Soccer Club is inviting applications for Pine Glen Soccer Centre Facility Staff.
This part-time position is the welcoming face of PGSC and Oakville Soccer Club programs! Facility staff are responsible for preparing fields and rooms for programs and rentals, providing customer service during operational hours and ensuring the facility remains clean and safe for all participants. Applicants must be available evenings and weekends and be available to work 15-20 hours each week.
