Safe to Speak
Report a Concern
At the Oakville Soccer Club, fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members is a top priority. Through our ALIAS Reporting Service, we provide a confidential and secure platform for individuals to report concerns regarding behavior, conduct, or situations that may violate Club policies or standards.
This system empowers players, parents, coaches, volunteers, stakeholders, and staff to raise issues with the option to remain anonymous, ensuring that all voices can be heard while upholding integrity and accountability within our community. All reports submitted will be reviewed and addressed by OSC in a timely and appropriate manner.

Privacy and Confidentiality
OSC is committed to handling all reports with sensitivity and care. Information shared through this platform is treated confidentially and only shared on a need-to-know basis to address the concern appropriately.
Review and Resolution
All concerns submitted will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with OSC’s policies and procedures. While we strive to resolve matters wherever possible, outcomes may vary depending on the nature of the concern, the details provided, and any supporting evidence. In cases where formal resolution is not possible, the information shared may still be noted and used to help identify patterns or guide future actions. Every report contributes to a safer and more accountable Club environment.
False Reporting Statement
Knowingly submitting false or misleading reports is a serious violation of Club policy and may result in disciplinary action.
Anonymous Reporting Limitations
Anonymous reports are welcome but may limit OSC’s ability to fully investigate or respond, especially in the absence of supporting details.
Retaliation Prohibited
OSC strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who submit a concern in good faith. Anyone who experiences retaliation is encouraged to report it immediately.
Parental/Guardian Involvement (for minors)
If a report involves a minor, OSC may involve a parent or guardian as appropriate, while prioritizing the safety and well-being of the child.
