The Oakville Soccer Club proudly works with over 900 volunteers annually. These dedicated individuals donate their time and talents to ensure every player at OSC has a positive soccer experience.

Please note that it's OSC's policy that all volunteers complete the appropriate Volunteer Application From. All volunteers over the age of 18 will be required to obtain a Police Check if accepted for a volunteer position.

Youth House League Coach
Seeking a fun & rewarding volunteer position? Become a House League Volunteer Coach!
OSC offers year-round soccer programming and as such seeks coaches for our Fall Indoor Season (September – December), Winter Indoor Season (January – April) and Summer Outdoor season (May – August).
Coaches play an instrumental role in creating a positive experience for our soccer stars. If you are fun, energetic, engaging and a great motivator, this is the volunteer role for you.

Breaking Barriers Volunteer Coach
Do you want to be a part of an incredible program that makes a difference in children's lives? If yes, then OSC has an amazing volunteer opportunity for you!
The Oakville Soccer Club is inviting applications for the volunteer position of Breaking Barriers Program Volunteer Coach.
The Breaking Barriers Program is designed for participants between the ages of U6-U13 with intellectual and/or physical disabilities and is facilitated by OSC’s Active Start certified staff and dedicated volunteers. Breaking Barriers introduces participants to the fundamentals of physical literacy and the sport of soccer. Players enjoy a comfortable and inclusive environment and are able to learn and engage at their own pace while making new friends.
If you are passionate about physical literacy and working with youth with intellectual and/or physical disabilities, this is the role for you. Volunteer coaches are expected to be responsible, positive, supportive, engaging and outgoing to ensure that participants are having fun while being safe at all times.

Youth House League Convenor
Youth House League Convenors are responsible for assisting the Youth House League Coordinator with the organization of a gender specific age group during the soccer season. Convenors create rosters for teams, help to ensure balance within the age group and act as a liaison on between the Club, coaches and parents.
Volunteering as a Youth House League Convenor is a great way to give back to the Club and the community. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in working in the sports industry in the future.

Event Volunteer Team
The OSC Event Volunteer Team is a group of enthusiastic volunteers that assist in the execution of OSC events like Coaches Kick-Off, Photo Days, and Festival Days; a majority of which will be on weekends throuoghout the summer soccer season.

Oakville Wild P.A. Day Soccer Camp
The Oakville Soccer Club is looking forward to another fantastic camp season, and is now accepting applications for Junior Volunteers (U15+) and Senior Volunteers (U16+) to join our team! If you are a fun, enthusiastic individual who loves working with children and playing soccer, then this is the volunteer opportunity for you!

Oakville Wild March Break Soccer Camp
OSC’s March Break Soccer Camp is designed to provide campers of all soccer skill levels with a week of soccer games,activities, and the opportunity to meet new friends in a fun, play-based environment.
OSC is now accepting applications for Junior Volunteers (ages 15+) and Senior Volunteers (ages 16+) to join the March Break team! OSC’s Oakville Wild Summer Soccer Camp is designed to provide campers of all soccer skill levels with a week of soccer games and activities, and the opportunity to meet new friends in a fun, play-based environment.
OSC is now accepting applications for Volunteers (Ages U15+) to join the Summer Camp team!
Please note that all volunteers will be required to volunteer for at least one week (8:15AM-4:15PM) of Summer Soccer Camp.
