Registration Information
- A non-refundable team deposit of $500 is required at the time of registration to secure your team’s spot.
- Team registration deadline: April 1, 2026.
- Full registration fees due: April 10, 2026.
- Registration products will be labelled by division. Please ensure your team registers in the division that best matches your skill level and competitive standard.
- No division changes will be permitted for any team once the season begins.

Player must be 18 at time of registration for open age and 30 or 40 at time of registration for 30+ and 40+ leagues, respectively.

Game Format
- 11v11 on a full-sized pitch
- Two 45-minute halves
Rosters
Roster Size
- Each team is capped at 21 players.
- Teams may exceed this limit for a fee of $80 + HST per additional player.
Player Registration Deadline
- All players must be fully registered by the end of the 2nd week of the season – May 31st, 2026.
- No registrations will be accepted after this date unless approved by management.
Injury Replacements
- Proof of injury (doctor’s note) must be submitted to the Adult League Coordinator.
- Once verified, the injured player will be removed from the roster and a replacement player may be added.
Season
Season Information
- 14-game season (including playoffs/consolation games).
- Season begins the week of May 19, 2026.
- Season ends the last week of August 2026.
Exception Dates – Summer 2026
- COED – May 18 (Victoria Day) & August 3 (Civic Holiday).
- MOA – June 24 (World Cup Games) & July 1 (Canada Day).
- WOA – June 18 (World Cup Games).
- M30+ & M40+ – June 12 (World Cup Games).

Creation of Divisions
- Divisions will only be created within an age group, if there are 12 or more teams registered in that category.
- This ensures a diverse and enjoyable experience for all participants by allowing for a greater variety of weekly matchups and a more balanced level of competition across the league.
- We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to create the best possible environment for our Adult League players.

- This structure ensures a greater variety of weekly matchups, balanced competition levels and a better overall league experience.

Playoff Format
6-Team Divisions (Post-Regular Season):
- Top 4 teams advance to playoffs.
- Bottom 2 teams play consolation matches.
8-Team Divisions (Post-Regular Season);
- Group A: 1st–4th place teams.
- Group B: 5th–8th place teams.
10-Team Divisions (Post-Regular Season);
- Top 8 teams split into:
- Group A: 1st–4th
- Group B: 5th–8th
9th and 10th place teams play consolation matches.
Program Information
- Teams must wear their own numbered kits, with visible numbers matching the official game sheet at all times.
- All individual registrations will be waitlisted;
- Activated only upon availability.
- No guarantee of placement.
- Individual registrants agree to have their contact information shared with team captains seeking additional players.
- Adult Summer Outdoor registration closes April 19, 2026.
- Age groups/divisions may sell out before the deadline.
- Teams placed on a waitlist are not guaranteed registration.
Game Sheets
- Captains must print game sheets before their arrival at their games, and it should be handed to Referees. Note: Oakville Soccer Club cannot print or make game sheets available for pick up.
- Headshot or passport-like photos are required for every participant to play in our leagues. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Reschedules
- All rescheduled games will be played on Sundays (no exceptions).
- Potential reschedules dates: June 28th, July 5th, July 26th and August 23rd.
- A minimum two-week notice will be provided for any rescheduled games.
- For forfeits:
- Teams must contact the League Coordinator by 5pm on Friday on the week of their rescheduled games.
- This is to ensure opposing teams and referees are notified of the cancellation
- In extreme cases, the league reserves the right to:
- Not reschedule a match.
- Record the game as a 0–0 tie.
Additional Important Information
All OSC Adult League players and teams are subject to OSC’s Zero Tolerance Policy for harassment, inappropriate/insulting language, violence or threats of violence and/or threatening behavior in relation to any Adult League Game. This applies to conduct on the field, on the sidelines, and in the vicinity before and after the game. All OSC, Town of Oakville, PHSA, Ontario Soccer and Canada Soccer Codes of Conduct are in effect at all times. Any reports of misconduct will be reviewed and could result in immediate removal for players and/or the team as a whole without refund. The Club reserves the right to remove any individual and/or team from the League at any time. It is OSC’s expectations that the participants in the Adult League conduct themselves with maturity, show respect to players, officials and spectators and govern the behaviour of their teammates accordingly.
OSC’s Adult League is a highly regulated program, with sanctioned referees and strictly enforced discipline procedures. Games may be recorded by VEO software and reviewed by OSC staff. Any behaviour concerns expressed by players, match officials and/or staff will be reviewed if footage is available and may result in team and/or player removal from the league. OSC may share, when possible, footage of games that occurred without incident, however this is not guaranteed. The Oakville Soccer Club reserves the right not to share game recordings if deemed necessary.
